【摘要】 目的:初步了解目前新疆乌什县牛带绦虫病的流行情况。方法:采用改良加藤法粪检及询问病史等方法抽样调查了该县火箭一大队6小队的60人,对粪检带绦虫卵阳性并有排节片史的7名患者用槟榔-南瓜子法及硫酸镁进行驱虫治疗,同时分析其感染原因和临床症状。结果:7名患者中有4人驱出成虫,年龄17~45岁。该县牛带绦虫病的人群感染率约为6·67%,其流行的主要原因可能是当地群众喜欢吃未煮熟的牛肉或羊肉。患者以排节片和乏力为主要临床表现。结论:目前新疆乌什县存在牛带绦虫病的局部流行,感染者以青壮年为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the current status of taeniasis in Wushi county of Xinjiang autonomous region. Methods: Modified Kato’s thick smear method was used to examine Taenia sp. egg in the feces of 60 rural residents (33 males and 27 females) in Wushi county. Then traditional epidemiological methods were employed to investigate Taenia saginata infection among these residents. Results: Four patients (one male and three females) were able to expel adult worm after taking in pumpkin seeds, areca catechu L and other drugs. The age range of them was 17 to 45. The incidence of taeniasis was 6.67%.The habit of eating undercooked meat of cattle and sheep was possibly the main reason for the epidemic of the disease. Passing proglottids in the feces and asthenia were the two main clinical manifestations. Conclusion: Wushi county is an endemic area of taeniasis at present. Taeniasis can be found more often in young people.更多还原
