毛山蒟挥发油化学成分研究
Studies on the Chemical Components of Volatile Oil from Leaves of Piper martini C.DC.
【摘要】 目的:研究毛山蒟的化学成分,为毛山蒟植物的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取毛山蒟叶中挥发油,GC-MS法分离鉴定其化学成分,并测定各化合物在挥发油中的相对百分含量。结果:共鉴定了43个成分,占挥发油的89%以上。结论:毛山蒟挥发油成分主要为萜类的衍生物,占挥发油的71.24%,其中双环杜鹃烯的含量最高达22.42%。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study chemical components of volatile oil from leaves of Piper martini C.DC.and provide basis for the usage of Piper martini C.DC.Methods: The volatile oil was extracted from leaves of Piper martini C.DC.by steam distillation;Its chemical components as well as their contents were analyzed by GC-MS.Results: 43 components were separated and identified,which account for over 89% of total volatile oil.Conclusions: The main chemical components of leaves of Piper martini C.DC.are derivates from terpene(71.24%),with bicyclogermacrene as the highest(22.42%).
