【摘要】 目的:探讨一种新的凋亡抑制蛋白L ivin的2种异构体在胃癌组织中的表达。方法:采用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测胃癌组织中的L ivinα和L ivinβ的表达。结果:46例胃癌组织中L ivin表达的阳性率为58.7%,相应的癌旁组织中L ivin不表达或表达很低。结论:L ivin的两种异构体在胃癌组织中的表达使其可能成为胃癌的分子标记物或胃癌治疗的新靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of two isoforms(i.e.livin α and livin β) of livin,a novel inhibitor of apoptosis protein(IAP) family member,in gastric cancer tissues.Methods: The expression levels of livin mRNA in gastric cancer tissue were detected by the method of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results: The positive rate of livin expression in 48 cases of gastric cancer was 58.7%,while no or little livin expression was detected in corresponding para-cancerous tissues.Conclusions: The two livin isoforms express in gastric cancer tissues.As molecular marker of gastric cancer,livin may be a new target of therapy for gastric cancer.更多还原
