【摘要】 目的:分离鉴定地榆中的指标性成分,并对妇科再造丸中该指标性成分进行薄层鉴别。方法:运用现代分离纯化技术和波谱方法分离、鉴定指标性化合物,用薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别妇科再造丸中的地榆。结果:指标性化合物经结构鉴定为地榆苷-Ⅰ,其化合物可作为妇科再造丸中地榆薄层鉴别的依据。结论:地榆苷-Ⅰ作为指标性成分鉴别妇科再造丸中的地榆,方法灵敏,重现性好,专属性强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop a method for isolation and identification of index components from radix of Sanguisorba officinalis L.in Fukezaizao pill.Methods: The index components were purified by column chromatography and elucidated by spectroscopy,The radix of Sanguisorba officinalis L.in Fukezaizao pill was identified by TLC. Results: the index component was elucidated as ziyuglycoside-I,which can be used in the identification of radix of Sanguisorba officinalis L.in Fukezaizao pill by TLC.Conclusions: Using ziyuglycoside-I as index component,radix of Sanguisorba officinalis L.in Fukezaizao pill can be identified by TLC.This method is sensitive,reproducible and highly characteristic.更多还原
