【摘要】 目的:比较分析不同部位的冠脉狭窄对单支病变冠心病患者心率变异性的影响。方法:观察经冠脉造影证实的112例冠脉直径≥75%的单支病变冠心病患者24 h心率变异指标,并取40例健康人为对照组。结果:冠心病患者中的心率变异指标SDNN,SDANN,SDNN5均低于健康对照组(P<0.05),前降支病变组SDNN,SDANN较回旋支病变组及右冠病变组降低。冠心病前降支病变组中的心率变异性(HRV)显著下降率高于其余两组。结论:冠心病患者心率变异性降低;心率变异性的降低与冠脉狭窄的部位有关,前降支病变患者心率变异性下降最显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship of different arterynarrow places in coronary to the heart rate variability(HRV) of coronary artery disease(CAD) patients with one-vessel stenosis.Methods: 24 h-heart rate variabilities of 112 patients with fixed stensosis reached≥75% of luminal diameter in the dominant coronary arteries were observed,and the Holter electrocardiograms were analyzed.Those of 48 healthy people were observed and analyzed as control. Rusults: HRV of SDNN,SDANN,and SDNN5 in CAD patients were significantly lower than those of control’s(P<0.05).SDNN and SDANN of CAD patients with descending anterior branch lesion(DAB) were lower than those of CAD patients with rotatory branch lesion(RBL) or with right coronary branch lesion(RCB).The decreasing rate of HRV in DAB patients were obviously larger than those in RBL patients and RCB patients.Conclusions: HRV in CAD patients decreases,and is closely related to the narrow places of coronary artery.The HRV decrease in DAB patients is mostly obvious.更多还原
