【摘要】 目的应用Meta-分析方法,对1980年以来所发表的关于生产性噪声与高血压关系的流行病学研究进行分析,由此提供噪声与高血压因果关系的线索,进一步确定噪声与高血压的关联。方法应用Meta-分析方法对《中国生物医学文献数据库》及英文MEDLINE光盘数据库相关文献进行分析。结果分析结果显示,噪声与高血压有关联,合并指标d值和r值均为正值,合并OR值为1.831。结论噪声与高血压患病率有正向关联,特别是以听力损伤为生物标志物推断累积噪声接触,较易得出噪声接触与血压之间有关联的阳性结果。

【Abstract】 Objective To make a Meta-analysis of the literatures published since 1980 about the epidemiologic surveys of the relationship between noise and hypertension,and try to find hint on the correlation between noise and hypertension for further determination of their association.Methods The related documents in CBMDISC and MEDLINE were analyzed by Meta-analysis method.Results Results showed that there existed a correlation between noise and hypertension,the combined values of d and r were both positive,OR value was 1.831.Conclusions Incidence of hypertension is positively correlated with noise.Especially when the hearing loss is taken as the biomarker to deduce the cumulated noise exposure,it will be much easier to find the positive result of the correlation between noise exposure and hypertension.
