【Abstract】 The employment and the social security have become a focus that the economist have been carrying on as the theory research and strategies concem.Concerning about the present situation of employment and social security,This paper has built up the model of the employment rate and the influence parameter,and has made use of the SPSS software,The empirical analysis concludes that social security has a tremendous influence on the employment totality and structure and proposes effective suggestions for enhancing employment in case of concerning social security.更多还原
