富氧燃烧技术在陶瓷烧成工艺中的应用
Application of Oxygen Combustion Technology in Ceramic Crafts
【摘要】 对富氧燃烧技术在陶瓷烧成工艺中的应用展开了分析与评价。分析表明,随氧浓度的增加,理论空气需求量呈非线性减少,排烟量和热损失也随之减少。火焰温度的上升,导致CO2和H2O分子辐射力的加强,也导致NOx的生成先快速上升而后快速下降,并对过剩空气系数、燃料的燃点温度和燃烧速度等产生了影响。
【Abstract】 The application of oxygen combustion technology in ceramic crafts is analysed and evaluated.The results show that the theory requirement of air is reduced nonlinear,exhaust gas quantity and heat loss are reduced,flame temperature rises and the radiation of CO-2 and H-2O elements is strengthened because the oxygen concentration is increased.It also has impact on excess air coefficient,temperature,fuel combustion speed and the producing velocity of NO-x rised and then declined.
