高铝矾土对中间包镁质干式振动料性能的影响

【摘要】 中间包镁质干式振动料具有烘烤时间短、施工方便、使用寿命长且不污染钢液的特点,添加高铝矾土为改性剂进行了改善镁质干式料性能的实验。结果表明,添加高铝矾土能增强干式料的烧结性能,同时在不降低干式料抗熔渣侵蚀性的情况下提高了干式料的抗熔渣渗透性。

【Abstract】 The magnesia based dry vibratable materials for tundish working linings being made of the magnesia aggregates and the powder has short baking time,long servelife,no pullution to liquid steel and easy construction.Adding some appopriate modifier can improve its properties.The result shows that adding alumina in the materials can promote its sintering properties,and improve its penetration resistance meanwhile don’t effect to its corrosion resistance.
