烧结工序中燃烧与传热过程的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Combustion and Heat Transfer in Sintering Process
【摘要】 为了优化带式烧结机的热过程,系统地建立了烧结料层内的传热、传质和燃烧过程的数学模型,数学模型的仿真计算表明:烧结配料(碳含量、水分、助熔剂)、料层厚度、抽风机抽力、烧结机带速等对烧结工艺有重要影响,而通过分层布料等措施可以同时起到降低能耗和提高烧结矿质量的效果。
【Abstract】 An overall mathematical model consisting of heat and mass transfer and combustion process is established for the improvement of thermal process of belt-sintering-machine.The numerical simulation has shown that it is important to control the contents of components(carbon,moisture,melting-intensifier,etc.),the thickness of sintering layer,the suction of inducer and strap speed of sintering-machine.Multi-layer distribution of raw materials can both reduce the energy consumption and improve the quality of sintering ore.
