水煤浆锅炉燃烧中Ca(OH)2固硫模型分析与实验
Analysis and Experiment of Desulphurization with Hydrated Lime in Coal-Water Mixture-Fired Boilers
【摘要】 建立了在水煤浆燃烧过程中以Ca(OH)2作为脱硫剂的固硫反应模型,并将Ca(OH)2的分解反应和固硫反应有机结合起来,分析了温度和钙硫比对脱硫率的影响。理论分析结果在小型水煤浆锅炉的燃烧实验中得到证实。
【Abstract】 A mathematical model for desulphurization reaction with hydrated lime particles in combustion of coal-water mixture,including the decomposition of hydrated lime and desulphurization reaction,was built,and the effect of temperature and the ratio of calcium and sulfur on desulphurization efficiency was also analyzed.The results of theoretical analysis are supported by the experiment in a coal-water mixture-fired boiler.
