【摘要】 提出了一种最佳组合赋权方法,利用加权偏差平方和最小化准则给出了最佳组合权重的线性表达形式,并用广义一致性准则和TOPSIS法来求解最优组合权重系数,给出了相应的供应商评价方案并给出了一个应用案例。最佳组合赋权法的事后检验准则表明了本文所给方法的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 For given evaluating indices,a series of subjective and objective weight vectors can be made by different methods during vendor select,but how to combine these vectors is still a big problem.A combining-weight method is put forward here: using the rule of minimizing the sum of weighting deviation square,the linear form of optimal weight can be given.Then,based on the principle of general coherence and the method of TOPSIS,the coefficients of optimal weight vector are obtained.What’s more,an evaluating method for vendor selection based on the optimal combining weights is presented and an example of it is given in the end.This combing-weight method is proved to be efficient by to the ex post checking criteria.更多还原
