【Abstract】 This paper uses the quantitative analysis method to improve the safe stock model.It discusses how the cost of safe stock changes with the correlation coefficient of space requirement.It suggests the retailers to build big central warehouse,if the requirement of spaces is not under positive correlation.Safe stock management will no more be a business running separately,it uses the agglomerate effect to bring more profit for retailers.更多还原
