【Abstract】 The paper researched the theory analysis method of the BPR in domestic and overseas,selected with reason the BPR method based on theory analysis method.It also applied a suit of concision and utility BPR theory analysis method.The method had been proved scientific and feasible through referencing the successful practice of the carrying out BPR in some large iron and steel enterprise.更多还原
