【摘要】 采用环节分析方法,建立供应链响应时间结构模型,并给出供应链响应时间构成因素的系统分析方法。通过一个案例证明利用该方法能够准确、有效地确定供应链响应时间的主要构成因素与次要构成因素。

【Abstract】 The structural model of supply chain response time is put forward according to cycle view of supply chain process,and a method of constituent elements of supply chain response time is given.The method is proved to be correct and effective in determining the major and minor constituent elements by a case analysis.
