【摘要】 提出了由核心层、中间层和外围层构成的供应链整合基本实体协作层次,通过探讨基于信息功能整合、业务过程整合以及战略资源整合的反映供应链整合水平的关系类型矩阵,由此提出了供应链整合协作管理的策略矩阵,并构建了以信任机制为基础、以整合重组机制为手段、以信息反馈机制为前提、以委托代理机制为保证的供应链整合管理团体实现机制。最后提出了基于In-ternet/Extranet/Intranet平台的供应链整合管理执行应用系统技术体系结构,并对实现供应链不同协作层次整合管理系统集成的方式和方法进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presented basic organizational collaboration levels consisting of the core level,the mid-level and the outer level of supply chain integration.It also discussed relation types matrix reflecting supply chain integration level based on information functions integration,business processes integration and strategic resources integration and presented tactics matrix of supply chain integration management.Then,the paper constructed team implementable mechanisms of supply chain integration management including faith mechanism,integration and reengineering mechanism,information feedback mechanism and principal-agent mechanism.Finally,in this paper a technical system structure of the solution for the executive & applied system of supply chain integration management based on the Internet/Extranet/Intranet platform was proposed,and corresponding integrated ways and means for implementing supply chain integration management of different organizational collaboration levels were also discussed.更多还原
