【摘要】 介绍了所研制的断路器机械特性检测装置,选用工控机、数字信号处理器(DSP)、振动传感器等设计了一套数据采集、处理系统,完成对其分合闸机械特性参数、过程曲线的自动测量、显示、存储查询及打印功能,检测功能全、速度快、精度高,可以将断路器诸多机械特性的测量集于一体,简化了测量过程。最后对其测量结果及适用性作了分析和评议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a detection device for mechanical parameter and characteristic of circuit breaker. With selecting industry computer, DSP, as well as vibration sensor etc., the data acquiring and processing system are designed. The functions of automatic surveying, displaying, saving and printing are accomplished for parameters and the process curve of circuit breaker. The device has many advantages, such as multifunction, high speed and high precision. The measurement of many mechanical parameters and characteristics of circuit breaker are integrated into one device, it simplifies the measurement process. Finally, the measuring results and the suitability of the device are analyzed.更多还原
