硫酸氢钠催化合成水杨酸乙酯
Preparation of ethyl salicylate catalyzed by sodium hydrogen sulfate
【摘要】 以硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成水杨酸乙酯。考察醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间以及反应温度对酯化率的影响。结果表明,硫酸氢钠的催化活性较高,在最佳条件下合成水杨酸乙酯,酯化率可达80.1%~88.2%。实验结果得到的最佳实验条件为:催化用量2 g,n(乙醇)∶n(水杨酸)=10∶1,反应时间6 h,反应温度75~80℃。
【Abstract】 Ethyl salicylate was prepared using sodium hydrogen sulfate as the catalyst.Influences of(n(alcohol)∶)n(salicylic acid),catalyst dosage,reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated.The results showed that the sodium hydrogen sulfate exhibited higher catalytic activity.Esterification(efficiency) of 80.1%~88.2% was obtained under optimum condition as follows: catalyst dosage(2 g),(n(alcohol)∶)n(salicylic acid)=10∶1,reaction time 6 h,reaction temperature 75-85 ℃.
