【摘要】 介绍了丙烯聚合催化剂考评该催化剂性能的实验方法。对实验装置、实验方法、催化剂活性测定、钛含量测定、镁含量测定、酯含量测定、表观密度的测定以及等规指数的测定作了详细研究。通过该实验平台及其方法,可进行高效丙烯聚合催化剂的制备工艺与性能的研究,包括解决在大批量工业连续生产条件下载体对催化剂效率和产品立体定向性的影响以及载体制备工艺条件的优化等,为深入研究催化剂的生产工艺奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experimental methods for test of propylene polymerization catalysts were reviewed,including test apparatus,test procedures,activity test,determination of titanium,magnesium and ester content,measurement of apparent density and isotactic index.The experimental platform and method can be used for study of preparation techniques and properties for propylene polymerization catalysts,including influences of carriers on catalytic efficiency,stereoselectivity of the product and preparation of the carriers and optimization of the preparation condition under commercial continuous production(condition).更多还原
