满山香种子中化学成分研究
Studies on the chemical constituents in seed of Schisandra propinqua
【摘要】 为研究满山香种子的化学成分,采用满山香种子经75%乙醇提取、溶剂萃取、硅胶柱层析、SephadexLH-20柱层析和硅胶制备薄层层析等方法,分离得5个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:杨梅素(myricetin,Ⅰ)、对苯二酚(1,4-dihydroxybenzene,Ⅱ)、香草酸(vanillicacid,Ⅲ)、β-胡萝卜苷(dauosterol,Ⅳ)和银杏双黄酮(ginkge-tin,Ⅴ)。以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
【Abstract】 The seed of Schisandra propinqua was extracted by 75% ethanol,the extracts were separated with column chromatography of silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative thin-layer chromatography. Five compounds were obtained and their structures were identified by ~1HNMR and ~ 13 CNMR. They are:myricetin(Ⅰ),1,4-dihydroxybenzene(Ⅱ),vanillic acid(Ⅲ),dauosterol(Ⅳ)and ginkgetin(Ⅴ). All the compounds were isolated from S.propinqua for the first time.
