基于显微成像的光纤连接器端面检测系统设计
A design of micrography based system for inspecting the end face of fiber connector
【摘要】 介绍了一个基于显微成像和数字图像处理技术的非接触式光纤连接器端面自动检测系统:待测的光纤连接器固定于显微平台上,CCD接收显微物镜放大的图像并输入计算机中,然后由系统软件自动对图像进行对比度增强,二值化,平滑去噪,图像分割等处理,从而分析计算出纤芯、包层的各项几何参数。该系统可用于对光纤连接器的生产控制。
【Abstract】 This paper is focusing on the setup of non-contact automatic measurement for the end face of fiber connector by applying micrography and image processing technology.The fiber connector is fixed on the carrying plane of the microscope,and the magnified image of the end face is recorded by a CCD camera,transferred by a image grabber into a computer.Then some pro-processed methods which include contrast enhancement,thresholding,filtering,segmentation are used.According to further analysis and calculation,several parameters of the fiber core and cladding is obtained.And the system can be used in improving the productivity of fiber connector.
