菲牛蛭素体内外抗凝实验研究
THE ANTICOAGULANT EFFECT OF BUFRUDIN ON HUMAN PLASMA IN VITRO AND RABBIT PLASMA IN VIVO
【摘要】 目的:研究广西菲牛蛭中提取的两种菲牛蛭素———菲牛蛭素A(BufrudinA,BA)和菲牛蛭素B(BufrudinB,BB)在人体外及动物体内的抗凝作用。方法:观察菲牛蛭素在人体外及动物体内对部分活化凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)的影响。结果:在体内外实验中,BA、BB均能明显延长活化部分APTT、PT及TT,但两者的三个指标有明显差异性,其中BA对TT的作用最显著,BB则对PT的作用更强。结论:广西菲牛蛭中的抗凝物质BA、BB在体内外均有较强的抗凝活性。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the anticoagulating effect of Bufrudin purified from Guangxi hirudinaria manillensis on human and rabbit plasma coagulations.Methods:To assay anticoagulating activities of BA and BB by activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time (TT) on human and rabbit plasma coagulations in vitro and in vivo. Result:Both proteins, BA and BB, could prolong the activated partial thromboplsatin time(APTT), thrombin time (TT) and prothrombin time(PT), with obvious difference. BA affected strongly during thrombin time (TT), but BB affected more during prothrombin time(PT). Conclusion:Both anticoagulantion proteins, BA and BB, have strong anticoagulantion activity in vivo or invitro.
