反相微乳液法制备钛酸钡纳米棒的形貌控制
MORPHOLOGY CONTROL OF BARIUM TITANATE NANORODS PREPARED BY THE REVERSE MICROEMULSION METHOD
【摘要】 采用水/辛基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚/正己醇/环己烷反相微乳液体系,制备了钛酸钡(BaTiO3)纳米棒。研究了微乳液体系中水与表面活性剂的摩尔比、反应物浓度及陈化时间对纳米棒尺寸和形貌的影响。用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪表征样品的形貌和结构。结果表明:所得BaTiO3纳米棒直径约10~60nm、长约260~1200nm,为单一立方相。经电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪分析,产品中钡与钛的摩尔比为1.0。
【Abstract】 Barium titanate(BaTiO3) nanorods were synthesized in reverse microemulsion solutions containing octyphenol polyeth-oxylate,n-hexanol,cyclohexane,and water.Influences of molar ratio of water to surfactant,the concentration of reactants and ageing time on the morphology and size of the prepared BaTiO3 nanorods were studied.X-ray diffraction and transmission electron micros-copy were used for the characterization of the structure and morphology of the obtained products.The results show that the diameters of the prepared nanorods with single cubic phases were approximately 10—60 nm,and their lengths ranged from 260 nm to 1 200 nm.The molar ratio of barium to titanium of the products was 1.0,based on inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry analysis.
