硫铝酸钡钙矿物的早期水化

【摘要】 利用水化热分析、环境扫描电镜和X射线衍射对2.75CaO·0.25BaO·3Al2O3·BaSO4(C2.75B1.25A3S)矿物的早期水化行为进行了研究。结果表明:C2.75B1.25A3S矿物水化放热速度迅速,早期水化反应剧烈。水化早期,水化产物均匀覆盖于熟料颗粒表面,至6h时,熟料颗粒周围形成大量的细针状水化产物晶体。水化至12h后,晶体逐渐长大,附着于熟料颗粒的四周并相互交织在一起,熟料颗粒表面的水化膜消失。C2.75B1.25A3S的早期水化过程在14h基本结束。

【Abstract】 The early hydration of the barium-calcium sulfoaluminate mineral 2.75CaO·0.25BaO·3Al2O3·BaSO4 (C2.75B1.25A3S ) was studied by hydrated heat, environmental scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The analysis results indicate that the hydration is intensive and the exothermal rate of C2.75B1.25A3S mineral is rapid in the early stage. The surface of clinker grain was covered by hydrated compounds in the early stage. After 6 h hydration, a great number of needlelike crystals of hydration products were formed and surrounded the clinker grains. After 12 h hydration, hydration product crystals grew gradually and the aqueous film on the grain surface of the clinker disappeared. On the whole, the early hydration of C2.75B1.25A3S was finished within 14 h.
