钙钛锆石和榍石的合成及烧结

【摘要】 以天然锆英石为主要原料,通过配方设计,采用热重–差热、X射线衍射等分析手段,研究了钙钛锆石(CaZrTi2O7)和榍石(CaTiSiO5)的固相反应合成及烧结。结果表明:采用上述工艺能够获得高纯度的CaZrTi2O7和CaTiSiO5基的致密烧结体。合成CaZrTi2O7,CaTiSiO5的含量以及合成CaZrTi2O7的最低温度、最佳温度与配方密切相关。最佳配方的摩尔比为:n(ZrSiO4):n(CaCO3):n(TiO2)=1:2:3,最低合成温度为1230℃,最佳的合成温度及烧结温度均为1260℃。

【Abstract】 The solid-state reaction synthesis and sintering of zirconolite and sphene were researched by thermogravimet- ric-differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC) analysis and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. Natural zirconite was the main raw material, and a formula design was adopted. The results indicate that a dense sintering body of high-purity zirconolite and sphene can be prepared by this technique. The content of synthesized CaZrTi2O7 and CaTiSiO5, the lowest and most appropriate temperatures of synthesizing CaZrTi2O7 have an important relationship with the formula. The best formula for synthesizing zirconolite and sphene is a molar ratio of ZrSiO4 to CaCO3 to TiO2 of 1:2:3. The lowest temperature for synthesizing zirconolite and sphene is about 1 230 ℃, and the optimal synthesis and sintering temperature are both 1 260 ℃.
