表面有丝状吸附物的氮化硼纳米管的制备(英文)
PREPARATION OF BORON NITRIDE NANOTUBES COATED WITH TINY HAIR-LIKE STRUCTURES
【摘要】 采用简单工艺,即:将块体氧化硼(B2O3)在氮气气氛中球磨后,在1200℃、流动的氨气中热处理,成功合成了表面有大量丝状吸附物的BN纳米管。纳米管为六方BN晶体且呈竹节形貌,其直径为80~120nm,长度近1μm。纳米管表面丝状的吸附层也是六方BN晶体,细丝的长度为100nm左右,直径不到10nm。
【Abstract】 Boron nitride nanotubes with tiny hair-like coatings were prepared by a simple process. The method involved milling boron oxide in nitrogen gas and heating the samples at 1 200 ℃ in the presence of flowing ammonia gas. The BN nanotube is a hexagonal crystal structure with a bamboo-like morphology. The diameters of as-synthesized nanotubes range from 80 nm to 120 nm and the lengths are up to 1 μm. The tiny hair-like coatings on the nanotubes are also hexagonal BN with typical lengths of about 100 nm and diameters less than 10 nm.
