标杆管理:图书馆管理中的有效策略
Management of the Range Pole:Effective Strategy in the Management of Librarv
【摘要】 本文着重介绍标杆管理的由来与含义,在与我国图书馆的“学先进”方法比较的基础上,分析其特点与功能,并阐述图书馆实施标杆管理的基本步骤。参考文献3。
【Abstract】 This paper emphatically introduces the origin and meaning of management of the range pole.On the basis of compa rison with"emulating the advanced"of libraries of our country,analyses its characteristic and function,explains the basic step of implementing management of the range pole of library.3 refs.
