【摘要】 市(县)级尺度作为我国土地管理的完整基层单位,城镇土地分等对合理利用市(县)域土地资源,具有重要的现实意义.该文在总结市(县)域城镇土地利用特点的基础上,提出以多因素综合评价为基础,通过地价验证确定市(县)级尺度的城镇土地分等的方法.并以桂平市为例进行了城镇土地分等实践研究,结果表明,该方法测算结果符合当地实际情况.更多还原

【Abstract】 The city(county) scale as the complete basic unit of our land management and urban land classification is significant for utilizing land resource effectively.A method of urban land classification of the city(county) scale land which is based on the summary of city(county) land utilization characteristic is proposed in this article,i.e.to confirm land rank by validating land price that is based on multi-factor synthetic evaluation.The result of research on the classification of Guiping urban land showed that this method survey result accords with the local actual situation.更多还原
