【Abstract】 The state-owned assets of colleges and universities increase rapidly in the new period.Diversification of financing channels and expansion of business industries make the assets management increasingly difficult.The main problems are: unsound management institution;irregular operation of business assets;co-existence of serious shortage and waste of assets;and serious loss of achievement in science and technology.It’s urgent to fully strengthen and improve the management,and the measures include: improve administrative institution and system; strengthen management of intellectual property;regularize management of business assets;set up cooperative system of resource sharing;and attach importance to improving the ranks of administrative personnel.更多还原
