【摘要】 满山香子经水蒸气蒸馏,用石油醚进行萃取,得到满山香子挥发油,得率为5.50%。采用气相色谱(GC)法测定满山香子挥发油中水杨酸甲酯含量。结果表明,该挥发油中水杨酸甲酯含量在4.2~50.0m g/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为98.23%,相对标准偏差为4.12%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Volatile oil of schisandra propinqua was extracted by water distillation and partitioned by petroleum ether.The content of methyl salicylate in the volatile oil of schisandra propinqua was determined by gas chromatography(GC).The result showed that the calibration curves were linear between 4.2~50.0mg/mL(r = 0.9996),the average recovery was 98.23%,RSD was 4.12%.更多还原
