乙烯利、多效唑处理对狗牙根构层的影响

【摘要】 选用普通狗牙根作为供试材料,在四叶期修剪前对狗牙根叶面喷施浓度为100、200、300m g/L的乙烯利和100、200、300m g/L多效唑溶液,清水(对照),观测乙烯利、多效唑对狗牙根草坪农艺性状的影响。结果表明,乙烯利、多效唑处理均不同程度地优化了狗牙根草坪的群体结构,使其植株矮化,分蘖率增加,叶片变宽变短,但多效唑比乙烯利处理的效果更明显。多效唑处理对狗牙根的叶长、茎高均表现为抑制,乙烯利200、300m g/L只抑制了再生叶片的伸长,而促进了茎的生长,乙烯利100m g/L对茎叶均表现为促生。化学修剪狗牙根,多效唑适宜用100m g/L的浓度,乙烯利适宜于300m g/L的浓度;多效唑200、300m g/L对促进分蘖数和增加草坪密度最为有效。

【Abstract】 To know about the effects of ethephon and paclobutrazol on the agronomic characters of bermudagrass lawn,bermudagrass was used as the experiment material,before pruning at 4-leaf stage,the leaves of bermudagrass were sprayed with 100,200 and 300mg/L of ethephon,and 100,200 and 300mg/L of paclobutrazol and water(control),respectively.The results showed that both the ethephon and paclobutrazol treatments optimized the population structure of bermudagrass lawn,the plant height was dwarfed and the tillering rate was increased,the leaves got narrower and shorter,but the effect of paclobutrazol was more obvious.The paclobutrazol treatments inhibited the leaf length and stem height; and 200,300mg/L ethephon treatments inhibited the elongation of regenerated leaves and promoted the stem growth,while 100mg/L ethephon treatment promoted the growth of both stem and leaf.In use of chemical regulator substance to prune the lawn,the optimum ethephon concentration was 300mg/L,while the paclobutrazol’s was 100 mg/L.Doses of 200mg/L and 300mg/L paclobutrazol treatments were the best concentration to promote the tillering and density of the lawn,respectively.
