【Abstract】 Superovulation and repeated superovulation with Simmental were conducted in different seasons in Guangxi.The technique and effect of embryo transfer were studied with local yellow cattle and crossbred yellow cattle as the recipients.7.1 embryos were obtained in superovulation for each in average.The conception rate was 50.0% after embryo transfer with fresh embryo,but just 44.4% with frozen one.更多还原
