用于多阶存储系统的3元(2,10)游程受限编码
Ternary(2,10) run-length limited code for multilevel recording channels
【摘要】 提出了一种用于多阶光存储的3元游程受限的调制编码。给出的3元(2,10)游程受限编码可以由一个3状态的有限状态机表示,其记录密度为2.14(比特/最小记录符),高于已有的3元(2,10)编码。介绍了该编码的编码和解码步骤,并给出了控制编码后序列直流分量的方法。对不同游程受限编码的主要性能参数进行了比较。
【Abstract】 A new ternary(2,10) run-length limited(RLL) code was introduced.This new code,which can be represented by a 3-state finite state machine(FSM),has a higher density ratio(DR=2.14 bits per minimum-recorded-mark) than another existing 3-ary(2,10) code.The construction,encode and decode method of the new code were discussed.The method to suppress the low-frequency components of the encoded sequence was proposed.The major characteristic parameters of different RLL codes were compared.
