基于荧光法的活体海藻识别方法研究
Research on recognition method of live alga based on fluorescence inspiring spectrum
【摘要】 研究海域或水域的海藻类型对海域或水域的污染情况调查、赤潮的预测等具有重要意义。通过对由特征激发波长(420,440,460,470,530,560,590,610nm)激发的荧光光谱取平均值[1~3],按特征激发波长从小到大的顺序,计算了由相邻激发波长激发的荧光光谱平均值的比值,并对特征数据进行了相关分析,得到的绿藻之间的相关系数大于0.95,硅藻之间的相关系数大于0.85。结果表明,由特征激发光激发的荧光光谱均值和按顺序所取的比值可作为识别海藻的特征参数。
【Abstract】 Researching on alga types in water or sea plays very important role in polling for polluted severity and forecasting crimson tide.To average over fluorescence spectrum inspired by 420nm、440nm、460nm、470nm、530nm、560nm and 610nm wavelength,then to order them from short wavelength to long wavelength,the ratio of the average of fluorescence spectrum inspired by adjacent wavelength was calculated.After did correlation of the ratio,the correlation coefficient of chlorophyta is larger than 0.95,the correlation coefficient of diatom is larger than 0.85.The result shows that average the fluorescence spectrum inspired by character laser,and to get ratio by order can use to distinguish characteristics parameter of alga.
