二溴对甲氮胂与钯的显色反应及应用
Study on the Colour Reaction of Pd(Ⅱ)-the Oxidative Fading Arsenazo-DBM
【摘要】 研究了试剂二溴对甲偶氮胂与钯(Ⅱ)显色反应的最佳条件及其应用,建立了一种在水相中直接测定微量钯的分光光度分析方法.其表观摩尔吸光系数ε600=1.1×104L.mol-1.cm-1,钯含量在0.5~3.5μg.mL-1范围内符合朗伯-比耳定律.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the optinal condition of colour reaction and application of Pd(Ⅱ)-the oxidative fading arsenazo-DBM are researched.Beers law is obeyed for Pd(Ⅱ) in the range of 0.53.5μg·mL-1,the molar absorptvity is 1.1×104L·moL-1·cm-1 at 600nm.It provide a new method for the determination of trace Pd(Ⅱ) in water phase.
