钴基催化剂F-T合成的产物分布及稳定性研究
The Hydrocarbon Products Distributions and Stability of Cobalt-Based Catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis
【摘要】 采用浸渍法制备了氧化锆改性γ-Al2O3负载Co-Ru双金属催化剂。在固定床反应器中考察了反应温度、压力、空速和合成气H2/CO比对烃产物分布的影响,进行了552h的稳定性实验。结果表明,较低的反应温度、较高的压力和较低的空速有利于碳链增长,产物中柴油馏分C12~C18和蜡C19+的选择性高;原料气H2/CO比提高,甲烷、C2~C4、C5~C11的选择性增加,C12~C18和C19+的选择性下降;在原料气H2/CO比1.58~2.0、反应温度453~513K、压力1.0~2.5MPa和空速500~1000h?1催化剂具有较好的合成重质烃反应性能。在原料气H2/CO比2.0、反应温度493K、压力1.5MPa和空速800h?1下,反应552h,催化剂的稳定性较好,CO的转化率、C5+选择性分别大于80%和83%。运行时间对产物烃的分布影响不大,产物烃主要有烷烃组成,主要集中在C5~C18,选择性的平均值C1为6.94%,C2~C46.20%,C5~C1133.04%,C12~C1831.55%,C19+22.27%。
【Abstract】 Using incipient impregnation method, zirconia modified γ-Al2-O3 supported Co-Ru bimetallic catalyst was prepared. The effects of the operation conditions, such as reaction temperature, pressure, space velocity and H2/CO molar ratio in feed, on product distribution were investigated in a fixed-bed reactor, and the 552 h stability test of the catalyst prepared was also carried out. The results show that the lower reaction temperature, the higher pressure and the lower space velocity facilitate the growth of carbon chains, and the selectivity of C12~C18 diesel fraction and C19+ wax are enhanced. Increasing the H2/CO ratio in feed, the selectivity of C5~C11, methane and other low carbon number hydrocarbons will increase, while that of C12~C18 and C19+will decrease. Under the conditions of H2/CO ratio in feed 1.58~2.0, reaction temperature 453~523 K, pressure 1.0~2.5 MPa and space velocity 500~1000 h?1, the catalyst prepared exhibits excellent reactivity to produce heavy hydrocarbons. At the reaction condition of H2/CO ratio in feed 2.0, 493 K, 1.5 MPa and 800 h?1, a stable hydrocarbon distribution of the product can be kept during a long run of 552 h by using the catalyst prepared, during which the CO conversion is over 80% and the C5+ selectivity is over 83%. It indicates that the catalyst using time affects the product distribution inconspicuously, the product hydrocarbons mainly consist of paraffin and the average selectivity of C1, C2~C4, C5~C11, C12~C18 and C19+ are 6.94%, 6.20%, 33.04%, 31.55% and 22.27%, respectively.
