烟草废料中多酚类物质的浸提条件研究
Study on Leaching Conditions of Polyphenols from Tobacco Residues
【摘要】 对烟草废料中多酚类物质的提取进行了探讨,对浸提溶剂的种类、料液比、浸提次数及浸提温度等条件进行了优化,同时研究了微波、超声波等不同处理方法对浸提效果的影响。实验结果表明,以丙酮和水(1:2)作为浸提剂效果较好,在料液比1:9,温度40℃,48h的条件下,浸出液中多酚类物质的浓度为4.13mg?mL?1。而用超声波处理时,浸提时间缩短至5min,浸提液中多酚的浓度为4.31mg?mL?1;在用微波处理时所需时间更短(90s),浸提液中的多酚类浓度为4.99mg?mL?1。利用微波或超声波辅助处理,可以大幅度缩短浸提时间,提高浸提效率。
【Abstract】 The leaching of polyphenols from raw materials, such as tobacco residues, was studied. The leaching conditions, such as kinds of solvent, ratio of solid to liquor, leaching time and temperature, were optimized, and the effects of microwave and ultrasonic wave treatment on leaching were discussed. The results indicate that the 4.13 mg?mL?1 of polyphenols can be obtained by using acetone and water (1:2) as preferred solvent (ratio of solid to liquor is 1: 9, 40°C, 48h). The concentration of polyphenols in solvent can be 4.31 mg?mL?1 when leaching is processed with ultrasonic treatment and the leaching time can be shortened to 5min. The concentration of polyphenols in solvent can be 4.99 mg?mL?1 and the leaching time is 90s only when microwave treatment is used. Therefore, using microwave or ultrasonic treatment could obviously reduce the leaching time and improve leaching efficiency.
