方截面循环悬浮床内构件对气固混合行为的影响

【摘要】 循环悬浮床内固相浓度很低,改善气固混合对增强接触反应、提高脱硫效率起着关键作用。今在过去实验的基础上,利用方形截面床内构件简单易实现的优点,在床中部安装对称构件,考察对称内构件对两相流动行为的影响。分别从方截面正向、斜向上的颗粒浓度分布,讨论了内构件对颗粒轴向返混、径向掺混及截面浓度的作用,分析了构件尺寸对实验结果的影响。较大尺寸的内构件在适当的表观气速时能够对改善流场中气固混合及提高截面浓度起到非常积极的作用。

【Abstract】 The low solid concentrarion in the circulating suspension bed (CSB) causes the insufficient gas-solid mixing and low contact reaction intensity. In a square-section desulfurizing CSB, in order to overcome the defects mentioned above and to improve the desulfurization efficiency, the wedge-type internals were symmetrically mounted at the middle of the height of the riser. The radial profile of particle concentration under different apparent gas velocities with different internals were measured along the direction of the diagonal and the long side of the square section respectively, and the effects of internals on the axial back-mixing of solid particles, the radial miscibility of gas with particles and the solid concentration on the section were discussed. It is found that the size of the internals is an important influencing factor, the larger internals under moderate gas velocity are more perferiable for increasing the particle concentration and improving the gas-solid mixing pattern on the section.
