催化极谱法测定土壤中的铅

【摘要】 提出用硝酸-高氯酸-氢氟酸分解土壤试样,用单扫描极谱法测定土壤中微量铅的新方法。在6%溴化钾-3%磷酸-3%盐酸-2%盐酸羟胺-1%酒石酸钾钠-3%三乙醇胺体系中,铅在滴汞电极上于-0.70 V(相对饱和甘汞电极)处产生一灵敏催化极谱波,铅浓度在0.2~300 ng.mL-1范围内与极谱峰电流有良好线性关系。检出限为0.1 ng.mL-1。方法的RSD为0.3%~3.6%。加标回收率为81%~87%。该法操作简便,用于土壤样品的测定,结果满意。

【Abstract】 A new polarographic method for the determination of trace lead in a support electrolyte of 6% KBr-1% KNaC4H4O6·4H2O-2% NH2OH·HCl-3% H3PO4-3% HCl-3% N(CH2CH2OH)3 was described.The peak potential was 0.47 mV(vs.SCE).The peak height was liner with the concentration of lead in the range of 0.2~300 ng·mL1 in solution.The detection limit was 0.1 ng·mL-1,the RSD was 0.3%~3.6%,and the recovery was 81%~87%.This method was rapid and simple and had been used to determine trace lead in soil sample with satisfactory results.
