【摘要】 对超临界二氧化碳萃取茵陈挥发油和水蒸汽蒸馏法进行了研究对比,结果显示超临界二氧化碳的萃取率明显大于水蒸汽蒸馏法。并用正交试验法进行超临界二氧化碳萃取实验,得出在实验范围内的最佳条件为:萃取压力15 MPa,萃取温度50℃,二氧化碳流量20 L.h-1,在此条件下,挥发油的收率为0.708%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The extraction of the volatile oil from capillary wormwood herb by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and the stream method were studied.Through the orthogonal experiment,the optimum conditions were obtained as follows: extraction pressure 15 MPa,temperature 50 ℃,the flow of carbon dioxide 20 L·h^-1.The yield of volatile oil was 0.708%.更多还原
