紫外分光光度法测定阔草清中间体的含量
Determination of Flumetsulam Intermediate Content by UV Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 采用紫外分光光度法测定阔草清中间体N-(2,6-二氟苯基)-5-氨基-1,2,4-三唑-3-磺酰胺的含量。用0.01 mol NaOH溶液溶解样品,在221 nm处测定样品的吸光度,外标法确定组分含量。结果表明,阔草清中间体在0.0038~0.0383 mg.mL-1浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9997。该方法设备简单、灵敏、准确,可用于阔草清中间体含量的测定。
【Abstract】 A UV spectrophotometry method for the determination of flumetsulam intermediate,N-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-Sulfonamide,was set up.The sample was dissolved by 0.01 mol/L sodium hydroxide,and determined at 221nm to obtain its content.The calibration curve of flumetsulam was linear(r=0.9997) over the range of 0.0038~0.0383 mg·mL~-1.
