固相反应合成磷酸锌钾多元微肥及其表征
Solid Synthesis of Multi-Micronutrient Fertilizer Potassium Zinc Phosphate and its Characterization
【摘要】 以聚乙二醇-400为模板,K3PO4.3H2O与ZnSO4.7H2O为原料,经固相反应合成得到缓溶多元微肥磷酸锌钾。用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)、红外光谱(IR)以及扫描电镜(SEM)对产物进行了分析表征,结果表明产物为KZnPO4。该合成方法除了得到微溶的磷酸锌钾外,同时得到可溶的硫酸钾,合成的工艺简洁,生产过程无废水产生,无论是从工艺上,还是环保上均比液相法更具有优势,是一种颇具工业应用前景的合成法。
【Abstract】 Potassium zinc phosphate was synthesized by the solid state reaction of K3PO4·3H2O and ZnSO4·7H2O applied PEG-400 as template.The main product was characterized by XRD,TG/DTA,IR and SEM.The characteristics results indicated that the product was KZnPO4.Soluble potassium sulfate was got beside the main product.The synthesis process was simple and without wastewater.Compared with the synthesis process in liquid,it was a more potential industrial synthesis method.
