超声波-固相法制备纳米氧化铁工艺研究
Preparation Technology of Iron Oxide Nanometer Particles by Ultrasonic-Solid Phase Reaction
【摘要】 研究了纳米氧化铁颜料的制备工艺,采用超声振荡和固相法相结合的方法合成纳米氧化铁。采用正交设计研究方案试验了研磨时间、表面活性剂种类及用量、灼烧温度、灼烧时间等因素对粒径的影响。并运用极差法处理得最佳工艺条件:研磨30~60 min,表面活性剂用量占反应物总量2%~3%,在500~600℃下灼烧2~4h。试验结果表明,在固相反应中引入超声振荡可大大减小粒子团聚问题,从而获得纳米级粒子。
【Abstract】 Through orthogonal experimental design,the preparation of iron oxide nanometer particles by ultrasonic-solid phase reaction was studied.The influence factors on the granule size were investigated.The optimum conditions were obtained by range method: attrition time 30~60 min,the dosage of surfactant 2 %~3 %, incandesce time 2~4 h under 500~600 ℃.The results showed that ultrasonic could greatly reduce the granule coacervation in the solid phase reaction.
