两矿加浓硫酸熟化法生产硫酸锰
Production of Manganous Sulfate by Curing Process with Pyrite,Pyrolusite and Concentrated Sulfuric Acid
【摘要】 用硫铁矿、锰矿加入浓硫酸熟化法生产硫酸锰,具有锰的收率高及节约原(燃)材料的特点,所采用的锰矿含MnO2为42%左右,锰的浸出率达95%,回收率达90%以上。
【Abstract】 By curing process,and used pyrite,pyrolusite and sulfuric acid as material,manganous sulfate was product.This process had high yield of mangan and saved the material.The content of Mn in pyrolusite was 42%,the leaching yield of Mn was 95%,and the recovery was up to 90%.
