利用GPIB和VC构建光器件自动测试系统
Optical Component Auto-Test System Based on VC and GPIB
【摘要】 通过GPIB接口,使用VC进行编程,设计了快速测量光通半导体放大器(SOA)各项性能参数的自动测试系统。该系统使得一台计算机同时控制多台光器件测试仪器,并产生详尽的数据报表。该系统提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本,并具有良好的可扩展性。
【Abstract】 The optical component auto-test system is designed by using GPIB interface and VC.The performance parameters of the optical component are tested rapidly and the datasheets are given out.This system can be used in the workshop to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of the production.With good expansibility,the performance parameters of many optical components can be tested by using the system.
