累积叠轧焊不锈钢的组织和性能
Microstructure and Properties of Stainless Steels Processed by Accumulative Roll-bonding
【摘要】 采用累积叠轧焊工艺制备了超细晶组织不锈钢薄板,并对其微观结构、力学性能及断裂方式进行了分析。结果表明:累积叠轧后材料中晶粒呈扁平状,抗拉强度显著提高,经过两道叠轧后抗拉强度可达1 060 MPa;拉伸断口有一定的颈缩现象,整个断面呈韧窝状,为韧性断裂。
【Abstract】 Accumulative roll-bonding(ARB) was employed to produce ultra-fine grain microstructures in stainless steels. Microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture surface were examined. The ARB processed materials had lamellar ultra-fine grains, and the tensile strength was improved remarkably. The tensile strength of the stainless steel could reach 1 060 MPa. Slight necking was found near the fracture tip and there were dimples on the whole fracture surface, indicating that the fracture was ductile.
