选区激光烧结聚苯乙烯/Al2O3纳米复合材料研究
Process Characteristics and Mechanical Properties of Selective Laser Sintering of Polystyrene/ Al2O3 Nanocomposite
【摘要】 在采用选区激光烧结法成功地制备出纳米粒子较均匀分散于基体中的聚苯乙烯/Al2O3纳米块体复合材料的基础上,通过试验观察和微观结构分析,着重就激光功率和扫描速度两种关键参数对烧结成形性的影响进行了研究,同时对相同工艺条件下的纳米复合材料与纯聚苯乙烯烧结件的力学性能进行了比较。结果表明:纳米复合材料的缺口冲击强度提高了20%~50%,其最大值达到10.1 kJ/m2;而洛氏硬度值仅增加约5%。
【Abstract】 The bulk polystyrene/Al2O3 nanocomposites were successfully prepared by selective laser sintering(SLS) process.The SEM micrograph showed that the nano-sized Al2O3 particles were uniformly located within polystyrene matrix.The effect of process parameters,laser power and scan velocity,on the sintering behavior of the mixture powders was studied by means of experimental and microstructural investigations.The mechanical properties were compared between the sintered specimens from polystyrene/nano-Al2O3 mixed powder and pure polystyrene powder under the same process conditions.Notched impact strength of the nanocomposite parts showed 20%-50% higher than that of the pure polystyrene parts,the maximal value was found to be 10.1kJ/m2,but Rockwell hardness increased only 5%.
