等离子点火技术在600 MW机组调试中的应用
The Successful Application of Plasma Ignition Technology in the Commissioning of 600 MW Unit
【摘要】 介绍了等离子点火技术的工作原理和系统组成,以某电厂3号600 MW机组的调试过程为例,阐述等离子点火技术在机组调试中各个阶段的应用,实现了锅炉从吹管到168 h满负荷试运行结束“零油耗”的目标,创造了良好的经济效益。重点指出了等离子点火在整个调试过程中值得注意的问题。
【Abstract】 The working principle and composition of plasma ignition system are introduced.As an example,the commissioning of the No.3 600MW unit in a power plant is detailed to expatiate on the application of plasma ignition technology in every step.The technology insures the commissioning without oil consumption from the pipe blowing to the end of 168 hour full load,operation with good economic benefit.Key problems of plasma ignition in the whole commissioning are emphasized in this article.
