【摘要】 实现大众化后,韩国面临一系列阻碍高等教育可持续发展的严峻问题,如办学质量偏低、竞争力不强;大学自律能力的欠缺;高等教育财政结构脆弱;以及高校生存危机等。针对这些问题,在多样化的办学体制基础上,韩国政府树立教育先行的高等教育发展观,围绕提高质量这一中心,采取扩大大学自主权,推行特色化办学等措施保障高等教育的可持续发展,并取得了显著的成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 After entering the stage of massification,higher education in Korea has been encountering a series of difficulties which have hindered its sustainable development.The difficulties include the low quality of education,a lack of competitiveness and autonomy,irrational financial structure and survival crisis.To deal with such difficulties,Korean government has taken a series of measures to maintain the sustainable development of higher education from the view of giving priority to education,such as promoting the quality of higher education,enhancing universities’ autonomy and distinguishing school-running system.更多还原
