【摘要】 鸟苷酸环化酶C(GCC)是受体鸟苷酸环化酶成员之一,在肠黏膜细胞、原发和转移性大肠癌细胞中特异性表达,受大肠杆菌热稳定肠毒素(STa)、鸟苷素和尿鸟苷素激活,可调节肠道水、电解质的动态平衡和肠上皮细胞转变和增殖,抑制大肠癌细胞的增殖,是大肠癌微转移诊断、分期和术后随访监测有价值的临床指标。现综述GCC的分子生物学特点和临床研究进展。

【Abstract】 Guanylyl cyclase-C (GCC) , the receptor for the diarrheagenic bacterial heat-stable enterotoxin, is a member of receptor guanylyl cyclases families. GCC is expressed selectively by cells derived from intestinal mucosa, including normal intestinal cells, primary and metastatic colorectal cancer cells, but not by extragastrointestinal tissues and tumors. Stimulated by STa, guanylin and uroguanylin, GCC can not only regulat the dynamic balance of liquid and electrolyte in intestine, adjuste the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal cells,but also inhibit the proliferation of colorectal cancer cells. Occult colorectal cancer micrometastasis are detected in lymph nodes, peripheral blood and liver lobes by GCC expression. Guanylyl cyclase- C is the valuable clinical index of colorectal cancer in micrometastasis diagnosis , staging and postoperative surveillance. This article will review the molecular biological characters and clinical advanes of GCC.
